- Provide individual counseling to students.
- Provide group counseling to students.
- Intervene with academically at-risk students.
- Consult with faculty and staff regarding student concerns.
- Attend to students in crisis.
- Assist students facing financial emergencies.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars.
- Support departmental programming.
- Strong commitment to promoting student learning, development, and success through holistic counseling services.
- Academic training and/or experience counseling multicultural and linguistically diverse students.
- Fluency in more than one language, especially Spanish, encouraged.
- Passion for working with academically at-risk students.
