FPAC On-Call Staff - House Manager

The FPAC On-Call Staff (“House Manager”) manages the house, carries out ticket sales and other transactions in person and by phone, is a point of reference for inquiries, and provides exceptional customer service, as well as other duties as assigned. This position requires a flexible schedule since evening and weekend hours are required.

High school diploma or equivalent general education degree ( GED )/HS equiv. required.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, etc.), Outlook email and internet
• Strong customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and communication skills
• Motivated, self-directed; strong administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform basic accounting tasks as associated with box office operations
• Ability to move quickly, including stairs, and be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
• Previous house management /theater experience helpful.

Part Time Temporary

On-Call, Hours will vary

$15.00-$21.00/hour (On-Call Levels 1,2,3,4)
