Integrated Construction Coordinator

Overview

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator I with the ability to interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Integrated Construction Coordinator will review, provide analysis, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members and participants.

• Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms
• Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction
• Document work processes as they relate to enhancing and/or changing current company process standards
• Support other duties as assigned
• Act as an active participant in Mortenson s Integrated Delivery Advancement Team knowledge sharing
• Engage in daily work planning

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field
• Completion of beginner or intermediate level BIM/VDC software training
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks
• Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
• Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
• Proven positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies
• Previous related internship experience is a plus
• Current driver s license

Compensation Base pay range for this role is $76,600 MIN - $95,800 MAX. Actual range varies by location: higher in Denver, CO;
Chicago, IL;
Seattle, WA;
Portland, OR;
Washington, D.C. Base pay is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson s incentive plan.

Location notes: Higher ranges apply for select office locations as indicated; internal factors determine final compensation.
