Overview

Croell, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, hands‑on Construction Crew Superintendent to lead and work alongside crews specialized in the assembly and erection of Ready‑Mix concrete plants. This role is primarily focused within the Southwest Region (including Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas) with additional travel as needed. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in building projects from the ground up, thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment, and is committed to delivering quality results safely and efficiently.

This is not a sit‑in‑the‑truck supervisory position. The Construction Crew Superintendent will hire and train their own team of four to six employees. You will be expected to actively participate in daily construction activities while leading a crew, coordinating project schedules, maintaining jobsite safety, and ensuring work is completed to Croell's quality standards. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership abilities, construction expertise, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to lead by example.

This position requires extensive travel and a flexible schedule. Candidates should expect frequent overnight travel, extended stays away from home, and long workdays driven by project timelines. The ideal candidate adapts well to changing jobsite conditions and enjoys the challenge of completing projects in a variety of locations.
