Overview

Oversee full supply chain lifecycle from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery. Manage domestic and international supplier relationships, including pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Implement and monitor strategies that align with seasonal demands and market trends. Utilize supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) to forecast demand, track shipments, and monitor performance metrics. Develop contingency plans for delayed shipments and coordinate alternative solutions.

Assess and compare vendors using cost, quality, reliability, and scalability as key evaluation metrics. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and waste through continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate complex, multi-supplier shipments to align with production schedules and reduce bottlenecks. Estimate supply chain budgets and timelines for new product launches, client onboarding, or scaling efforts.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities
  • Compliance with all NOV standards and policies
  • Compliance with all facility guidelines
Education & Experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA or APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience managing high-volume procurement, transportation logistics, and fulfillment across diverse vendor networks.
  • Experience establishing KPIs and using data to drive performance improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional and multi-site teams.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain compliance, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Willingness to travel to vendor, warehouse, or production sites as required.
