Security Shift Supervisor Armed

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise armed security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure post orders, safety protocols, and client procedures are followed
• Monitor access control, patrols, and incident response activities
• Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and reports documentation
• Respond to emergencies, de-escalate situations, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed
• Train, coach, and mentor security staff on policies and best practices
• Communicate with clients and management on security issues and service quality
• Review incident reports and maintain accurate logs and documentation
