USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Lead Service Technician (LST) to maintain and service natural gas compression equipment across multiple sites. You will lead Field Service Technicians, perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high safety and customer service standards.
The role requires 7+ years in gas compression, CAT/Ariel/Cummins expertise, and strong leadership abilities. Extensive travel (up to 90%) and on-site work are expected.
