We are partnering with a rapidly expanding international company to identify a hands-on Controller who can lead accounting operations across multiple entities while helping position the business for its next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

+ Oversee all accounting and financial operations across multiple legal entities

+ Manage month end and year end close, financial reporting, and general accounting functions

+ Lead the migration from Quick Books to Net Suite, including implementation, process development, and user adoption

+ Develop and standardize accounting processes across multiple business units

+ Manage complex domestic and international banking relationships

+ Support accounting for domestic and international operations, including multiple currencies and business entities

+ Hire, mentor, and develop a growing accounting team

+ Partner directly with ownership to improve financial visibility and support strategic decision making

+ Help build the infrastructure needed to support continued rapid growth

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred

+ Progressive accounting leadership experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller responsibilities

+ Experience managing accounting for multiple entities

+ Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and month end close

+ Experience leading ERP implementations or major system conversions;
Net Suite experience is highly preferred

+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, high growth environment

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+

Experience with international operations or complex banking relationships is highly desirable

+ Manufacturing, agriculture, food production, distribution, or import/export experience is a plus
