What You’ll Be Doing- Keeping the office running smoothly
- Supporting staff and management
- Handling data entry, reports & document management
- Assisting with billing and administrative tasks
- Organizing meetings, events & office activities
- Keeping communication clear and the team on track
- Spotting problems and taking initiative to fix them
- Organization is basically your superpower
- You’re a strong communicator
- You can multitask without breaking a sweat
- You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office & spreadsheets
- You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what needs to be done
