WHAT OUR GUEST SERVICE HOSTS DOOur Guest Service Hosts are the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll provide exceptional service, assist with inquiries, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant experience.
A GUEST SERVICE HOST’S DAY-TO-DAY- Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries.
- Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions.
- Assist Guests with facility offerings, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Greet Guests in a friendly manner and assist with directions and general inquiries.
- Maintain the daily operation of Guest service areas.
- Assist with merchandising functions as needed.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas.
- Operate POS system and registers accurately.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
- Minimum age: 16 years.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).
