The Escape Game is opening a new location in Pier Park Center. The role of Guest Experience Specialist is part of the launch team, focusing on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction. You will help create a fun, welcoming lobby and support reservations while promoting our games.
The position is non-exempt, hourly, with schedules leaning toward nights, weekends, and holidays. Growth opportunities exist as the store opens and expands.
