We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our growing physical therapy team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital part in keeping the clinic running smoothly.

• Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic schedule
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Collect copays and process payments
• Answer phones, return messages, and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate communication between patients, therapists, and staff
• Support front desk operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
• Experience in physical therapy, orthopedic, or outpatient medical settings is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills; EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
