We are looking for a pool attendant to be the face of the resort, creating life-long memories for our guests and ensuring the pool area remains clean, safe, and welcoming.

We seek an individual who is motivated and passionate about the hospitality industry, has a sense of fun, and is enthusiastic about serving others.

• Constant walk-through of pool area to make certain it is clean (no trash on the grounds) and tidy, including emptying trash receptacles. Ensure all pool furniture is in its proper place.
• Set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management.
• Inspect entire pool area, replace missing items and/or repair any items needing attention (e.g., umbrellas, chairs, flags).
• Have complete knowledge and certification in CPR.
• Adhere to and enforce all pool safety rules.
• Support resort-wide training programs including OSHA, safety, educational and employee enhancement programs.
• Perform exceptional communication skills throughout all functions of the job (guests, department managers, fellow employees).
• Make guest requests your top priority.
• Adhere to resort safety standards.
• Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by the manager.

• Most work tasks are performed outdoors and vary due to weather conditions.
• Position requires walking; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the resort on a timely basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.

$15.00 per hour plus commission and gratuity.
