We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Linen Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Stay on 30A Vacations & Concierge in Inlet Beach, FL. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing linen orders to ensure each vacation home is fully stocked and guest-ready. You'll work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

• Pick, pack, and prepare linen orders for vacation rental properties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure each order contains the correct linens, towels, and requested inventory items.
• Inspect all linens for cleanliness, stains, damage, or excessive wear before distribution.
• Fold, organize, and stock clean linens in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and notify leadership of low stock or supply needs.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming linen deliveries.
• Keep the linen warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Communicate any shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Load and unload vehicles with linen orders when needed.
• Ensure linen carts and orders are prepared on schedule to support housekeeping operations.
• Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and transporting linens.
• Help maintain an efficient workflow to ensure homes are guest-ready on time.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred (if travel between facilities is required).

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.00
