ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking a Senior Boat Technician to manage and oversee boat maintenance, repair, and readiness for mission‑critical operations. This role is responsible for the upkeep and documentation of all maintenance activities for boats and associated ancillary equipment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in marine vessel maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support of small craft or military boats.

Location: Panama City, FL

Clearance Requirement: Active Secret

• Manage and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of boats and support equipment.
• Oversee and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records for all assigned boats and systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vessel readiness and compliance with operational standards.
• Support the Government’s operational and sustainment requirements through effective planning, documentation, and execution of maintenance tasks.
• Train and mentor junior personnel on maintenance procedures and safety best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in small craft or military boat maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for marine platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Proficiency in maintenance record‑keeping and familiarity with Navy or DoD maintenance systems preferred.
• Must be physically capable of performing maintenance operations in a maritime environment.
