We are actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses across multiple acute care specialties for a well-established hospital system in the Panama City, FL area. These opportunities are ideal for RNs seeking long-term stability, strong leadership support, and the chance to work in high-acuity, collaborative clinical environments.
Compensation & IncentivesCompetitive hourly pay based on experience
Night shift differential: $4/hour
Sign-on bonus:
Up to $10,000 for Day shift
Up to $15,000 for Night shift
Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
Safely manage multiple patients while prioritizing clinical needs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Deliver patient education and discharge planning
Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Active Florida RN license or multistate/compact license (or ability to obtain)
Recent acute care RN experience required (specialty-specific)
ADN required; BSN preferred
BLS required prior to start
Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.) required or obtainable within 90 days, based on specialty
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills
