Position Overview

We are actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses across multiple acute care specialties for a well-established hospital system in the Panama City, FL area. These opportunities are ideal for RNs seeking long-term stability, strong leadership support, and the chance to work in high-acuity, collaborative clinical environments.

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

• Night shift differential: $4/hour

• Sign-on bonus:

  • Up to $10,000 for Day shift

  • Up to $15,000 for Night shift

• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care

• Safely manage multiple patients while prioritizing clinical needs

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Deliver patient education and discharge planning

• Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or multistate/compact license (or ability to obtain)

• Recent acute care RN experience required (specialty-specific)

• ADN required; BSN preferred

• BLS required prior to start

• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.) required or obtainable within 90 days, based on specialty

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills

Pay Details: $27.72 to $39.60 per hour
