Pool Technician

Panhandle Puddle Pool is expanding our footprint along the Emerald Coast.

This is a full-time position for a Pool Technician based on-site in Panama City Beach, FL. The Pool Technician will be responsible for maintaining and servicing swimming pools and ensuring their safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include water testing and treatment, cleaning and inspecting pools, checking and maintaining filtration systems, and identifying and resolving any equipment issues. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards are also core aspects of the role.

• Experience in pool maintenance tasks such as water testing, pool cleaning, and chemical balancing.
• Knowledge of pool filtration systems, pump repair, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure safety and quality service.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for client interaction and satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service schedules.
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Prior experience or certifications in pool service and maintenance is a plus.
