Barefoot Hideaway and Barefoot on the Beach are looking for Bussers to help power our spring and summer season.

You’re the behind-the-scenes hero of the dining room: clearing, resetting, helping the team, and keeping the guest experience crisp, clean, and flowing.

• Clearing and resetting tables fast and neatly
• Keeping dining areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Assisting servers and hosts to keep service moving smoothly
• Running items when needed (water, to-go boxes, extra napkins—saving the day stuff)
• Helping maintain a fun, organized, “we’ve got this” atmosphere during busy shifts

• Move with purpose and don’t mind staying busy
• Have a team-first attitude and like helping others succeed
• Notice the details (clean tables, stocked stations, tidy floors = happy guests)
• Can handle a fast pace and stay positive in the rush
• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in
