Barefoot Hideaway and Barefoot on the Beach are hiring experienced, high-energy Servers for our spring and summer season.

You’re the heartbeat of the guest experience—part guide, part hype-person, part service superhero. You’ll deliver great food and drinks with a smile, keep the pace flowing, and help create the kind of meal people talk about on the ride home.

• Have serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Can stay upbeat, organized, and attentive when it gets busy
• Know how to suggest, upsell, and make recommendations naturally
• Thrive on teamwork and communicate well with the kitchen and bar
• Care about the details: timing, accuracy, and guest happiness

• Greeting guests and guiding them through the menu with confidence
• Taking accurate orders and delivering food/drinks promptly
  
  Keeping tables happy, informed, and taken care of from start to finish
• Working with bartenders, hosts, and the kitchen to keep service smooth
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming section and helping teammates when needed
