If you can build a cocktail, keep a bar moving, and turn “just one drink” into “we’re staying awhile”… we want you. By the Sea Resorts' Tiki Bars, Barefoot Hideaway and Barefoot on the Beach are hiring experienced bartenders to bring the energy (and the good pours) all spring and summer long.

You’re part mixologist, part entertainer, part calm-in-the-chaos magician. You’ll create delicious drinks, keep guests smiling, and help make every shift feel like a mini vacation.

You’re a great fit if you…

• Have bartending experience and know your way around a busy bar
• Can stay friendly, fast, and sharp when it’s three-deep
• Know classics and can follow house recipes consistently
• Are great with guests—welcoming, engaging, and responsible
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and stocked like a pro

• Mixing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and NA options with speed and care
• Creating a fun, welcoming bar atmosphere for guests
• Handling payments accurately and responsibly
• Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready for the rush
• Working closely with servers and the team to keep service smooth
