By the Sea Resorts' Tiki Bars, Barefoot Hideaway and Barefoot on the Beach are building an all-star back-of-house team for spring and summer, and we’re hiring:

• Line Cooks: You bring the heat—execute tickets quickly and consistently, keep your station sharp, and deliver quality every plate, every time.
• Prep Cooks: You’re the foundation—prep with precision, stay organized, and make sure the shift is stocked, set, and ready for the rush.
• Tiki Bar Cooks: Fast, fun, and high-volume—you keep the beach-side bites flying and the energy high while staying clean and consistent.
• Expos (Expediters): You’re the conductor—coordinate the window, communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house, and make sure plates go out right and on time.

$15-$20/hour (depending on experience)

• Keeping quality and speed on point during busy services.
• Following recipes and standards for consistency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized station and safe workspace.
• Communicating clearly with your team to keep service flowing.
• Helping wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

• Have kitchen experience (bonus points for high-volume or seasonal work).
• Can work fast without cutting corners.
• Stay calm under pressure and keep a positive attitude.
• Take pride in cleanliness, safety, and consistency.
• Show up ready to work and ready to be a teammate.
