Lids - 204 Bluefish Drive - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present;
Lead and develop store associates through training programs and regular follow-up;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations in the moment and ensure a high level of customer service;
