Hourly Wage: $15–$28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates run our registers, greet customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. Duties include answering customer questions and assisting with needs. The role requires standing for long periods of time.
