Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies within a hotel and resort setting;
Respond to incidents, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, guest amenity areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directions and guest inquiries, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures;
Support hotel operations during busy periods, special events, and after-hours activity by observing surroundings, reporting concerns, and following post orders and client instructions
