Job Summary
Culpepper & Associates Security Services is seeking Unarmed Security Officers to work at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Panama City, Florida.
Job Description- Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
- Required to interface with visitors, staff, physicians, patients, and family members.
- Continuous monitoring for signs of unusual activity.
- Reporting any security breaches or illegal activity.
- Conducting routine security checks to prevent theft or damage.
- Responding to fire alarms and other emergencies.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a criminal background investigation, physical and drug screening in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. All at company expense.

Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Ability to read and understand operating procedures
- Ability to prepare clear, legible reports
- Intermediate computer skills (wireless technology systems)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Have at least two (2) years’ experience in contract or proprietary security and/or Military or Law Enforcement experience within the past five years.
- Be a US citizen and at least 21 years old.
- Be fluent in English with the ability to read and understand printed regulations, written orders and instructions.
- Possess excellent written/oral communication skills and maintain poise and self-control under stress.
- Be physically and mentally fit and capable of performing all normal emergency security duties and responsibilities.
- Not have a history of substance abuse or domestic violence or any criminal acts.
- Must pass background investigation
- Must pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test
