Two Coast Living in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on our multifamily properties. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks, respond to work orders, and help keep buildings, grounds, and resident amenities safe and presentable.
This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call duties including occasional weekends or holidays.
