Simon Property Group seeks a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems at Pier Park. Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, interior/exterior repairs, and supporting events with cart placement and repairs.
The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, basic reading of plans, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.
