As a Landscape Install Crew Leader
, you will play a key role in leading a team dedicated to creating and maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3–5 team members on landscape installation projects.
• Oversee daily job site operations to ensure work is completed on time and to company standards.
• Install and maintain landscape materials, including plantings, sod, mulch, and irrigation systems.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, skid steers, and hand tools.
• Read and follow landscape plans to execute projects accurately.
• Ensure a safe work environment and uphold company safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to keep projects on track.

• 1–2 years of experience in a Crew Leader or supervisory role within landscaping.
• Strong background in landscape installation or a related field.
• Ability to work extended hours, Monday through Friday.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools.
• Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
