Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing revenue operations team. This position is well suited for an early-career accounting specialist who wants to strengthen their skills in billing, payment posting, collections, and account maintenance within a services environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full receivables cycle while partnering with finance and operational teams to support accurate and timely revenue activity.

Responsibilities:

• Create and issue client invoices in line with billing timelines, contract terms, and documentation standards.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments received through electronic transfers, checks, and card transactions to keep customer accounts current.
• Follow up with clients on overdue balances through statements, reminders, and direct communication to support collection goals.
• Investigate payment discrepancies such as short remittances, unapplied cash, and disputed items, then coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records, billing details, and account activity within Net Suite.
• Contribute to accounts receivable reporting, aging reviews, and month-end close tasks by preparing schedules and updating supporting data.
• Assist with timesheet and billing support activities to help ensure invoices are accurate and released on time.
• Provide administrative and project-based support to accounting and revenue operations initiatives, including process documentation and workflow improvements.
