Position SummaryThe Administrative Office Assistant plays a key role in the daily operations of the Club. This position supports membership communications, assists with administrative tasks, and serves as a friendly and professional point of contact for our members.
You will collaborate closely with the Club Secretary and management team in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment, reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities- Respond to membership inquiries and general questions from members and guests (in person, by phone, and via email).
- Prepare and distribute communications, newsletters, and announcements to the membership.
- Assist with membership applications, renewals, and records management.
- Provide administrative support to the Club Secretary and General Manager.
- Maintain organized files and a professional office environment.
- Assist with club meetings, events, and occasional weekend or holiday functions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a hospitality‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Teams).
- Excellent organization and mindfulness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a small team setting.
- Prior experience in a private club, hospitality, or administrative role preferred.
- Monday – Friday, with some Saturdays and holidays as needed.
