Location: Shipwreck – Panama City Beach, FL Status: Part-Time Seasonal (Onsite)

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support the team and employee‑facing operations throughout the season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and excels in customer service and administrative support.

SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the onsite team by assisting with recruiting, onboarding support, uniform distribution, employee engagement activities, record‑keeping, and general administrative tasks. This role contributes to a positive and smooth employee experience at Lucky Strike.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Employee & Guest Support
  • Welcome employees, candidates, and guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Represent Lucky Strike professionally and support compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Recruiting & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing activities throughout the season.
  • Schedule new hire orientations.
  • Conduct venue tours for new employees.
  • Create and distribute employee s and name tags.
Uniform & Inventory Management
  • Distribute employee uniforms and maintain accurate inventory records.
Employee Events & Engagement
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engaging employee events.
  • Support positive employee relations through friendly communication and timely follow‑up.
General Administration
  • Perform copying, filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Support leadership with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative support, HR support, or related experience preferred.
  • College coursework or equivalent experience considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets or Smartsheet is a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
  • Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to sit for extended periods using a computer.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods during the workday.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, or reaching.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
