Output 1 Bimonthly integrated reports delivered, documenting environmental project pipelines, strategic partnerships, technical advisory support, policy recommendations, institutional strengthening efforts, and capacity-building actions aligned with UNEP's Medium-Term Strategy and national UNSDCF priorities. Product 1.1:
First bimonthly Integrated Advisory, Policy, and Project Pipeline Report: first comprehensive report that compiles: (i) a mapped pipeline of high-priority environmental project opportunities and strategic partnerships tailored to host countries; (ii) technical advisory briefs aligning emerging UNCT activities and regional initiatives with the UNEP Medium-Term Strategy (MTS) and national UNSDCF priorities; and (iii) a consolidated portfolio of demand-driven policy advice, institutional frameworks, and capacity-building materials delivered in response to direct requests from national ministries of environment and key stakeholders.

Product 1.2:

Output 2 Report on technical and coordination support provided to the Dumpsite Closing Coalition, the LAC University Consortium on Sustainable Waste Management, and UNEP’s Zero Waste and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) initiatives. Product 2: (Dumpsite Closing Coalition Technical & Secretariat Package + University Consortium Action Plan + Zero Waste & EPR Policy Inputs): final comprehensive report that compiles: (i) meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing materials prepared for the Coalition’s Focal Points meetings and the implementation of the Regional Cooperation Programme.

(ii) coordination reports and related material delivered to support the LAC University Consortium on Sustainable Waste Management. (iii) Technical policy briefs, strategic roadmaps, and guidelines designed to promote Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and support the rollout of the Zero Waste programme. Output 3 Powering the Dominican Republic’s Food Systems Transformation:
The scalable Model of Yaquel del Sur Basin Project Support Product 3.1: first bimonthly technical progress reports, activity briefs, and monitoring inputs delivered to support the implementation and tracking of the Project.
