Accountabilities

Address HR-related inquiries from our employees and ensure that their interactions with the Human Resources department result in a positive experience.
Prepare and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with and adherence to global and local processes and regulations.
Support other HR colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.

We expect you to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Microsoft Office package knowledge
Excellent collaboration and teamwork.
Attention to detail
Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential
Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
