Principal

Accountabilities
  • Address HR-related inquiries from our employees and ensure that their interactions with the Human Resources department result in a positive experience.
  • Prepare and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to global and local processes and regulations.
  • Support other HR colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
We expect you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential
  • Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
