Post Electric, Inc. is looking for an Electrical Construction Superintendent that is self-sufficient, driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and ready for a long-term career position. This position would involve working directly with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades in various aspects of projects.

Position OverviewAs an Electrical Construction Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role on large construction sites, managing all aspects of field electrical operations. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise electrical construction teams on multiple projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower needs, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
- Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and resolve field issues.
- Manage project documentation using tools like Pro Core and Bluebeam.
- Provide daily/weekly progress reports and input for look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor quality control and perform regular site inspections.
- Provide supervision for field personnel, including training, performance evaluations, and resolving on-site issues.
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and industry standards.
- Proven track record managing field crews on commercial or federal projects.
- Software knowledge within Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA EM385.1.1 40 Hour Certification Required or ability to obtain within 30 days of job offer.
- Must be authorized to work in U.S. and able to work on Military Bases.
- Must have clean and valid Driver’s License.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday.
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.
- Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks.
- Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.).
- Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
