Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed and inform when products are unavailable;
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, assisting with purchases, and processing payments;
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and parking lot, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions;
Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items;
Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners to complete tasks and communicate progress.
