• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around).

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred).
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time.li>
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person.

• Base Pay: $17.00–$19.00 + bonus opportunities.
