This is a full-time on-site role located in either Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach or Panama City, FL areas for Account Managers. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients with their document imaging needs. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling DEX Imaging products and services.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of document imaging solutions and related technologies is a plus
