Responsibilities
- Guest Services Representative:
- Operate dealership switchboard by politely and promptly answering calls, transferring to appropriate person, and documenting messages
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Guest Services Representative :
- Experience is preferred
- Excellent listening, communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask
