Dispensary Associate – Part Time

Requirements

• Guide customers through their cannabis purchasing journey
• Educate customers about cannabis products, benefits, and potential side effects
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients
• Deliver the Tru Experience through elevated patient service standards and product knowledge
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers with product or device issues
• Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
• Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation
• Perform additional team tasks as needed
• Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe when providing online support
• Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including following delivery policies and procedures

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and product knowledge in the cannabis industry, ensuring compliance with state regulations while providing an exceptional experience for patients. Capable of efficiently processing orders and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
