Description:
We are looking for a Traffic/Media Coordinator at WJHG who will manage advertiser traffic, ensuring messages hit the right screen at the right time. This role bridges sales, clients, and technology to deliver multi‑platform campaigns.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Secure and input traffic instructions across multiple stations.
- Use Wide Orbit traffic software to enter copy information and maintain the spot library.
- Collaborate with local account executives and clients to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Notify the team of missing instructions and preempt spots to keep broadcasts compliant.
- Create and send dub and purge lists to Master Control, routinely cleaning expired spots.
- Download spots from FTP sites and upload them to the GTV folder, ensuring digital and broadcast content is correctly placed.
- Finalize logs and send daily email confirmations to keep the station synchronized.
- Obsessive attention to detail, 100% accuracy.
- Dependable and reliable, consistently on time.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Tech‑savvy: comfortable with Wide Orbit and FTP/file management.
- Professional communication with clients and corporate stakeholders.
- Adaptable, staying current with procedures and new tasks.
