Our MissionBailey Education Group partners with schools and districts to improve the lives of all children through customized professional development and side‑by‑side teacher coaching. We offer training for school and district leadership, special needs services, early childhood, technology, and multi‑tiered systems of support, all grounded in state standards for Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
Role DescriptionAs an Instructional Coach, you will:
- Provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff, empowering teachers with proven strategies to enhance student success.
- Mentor teachers and support the implementation of The Bailey Way, emphasizing impactful, results‑driven education.
- Serve as a content expert, modeling effective instructional practices and providing instructional coaching.
- Collaborate with educational technology teams to monitor progress and integrate digital tools.
