Position: INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Applying adult learning theories, educational psychology, and frameworks like Bloom's Taxonomy to conduct training needs assessments and task analyses for highly technical organizational missions (e.g., Joint Service EOD and Diving); (2) Utilizing advanced educational technologies-including Generative AI, Adobe Captivate, and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI)-to optimize curriculum design workflows and increase productivity; (3) Ensuring the technical integrity of curriculum data through the administration and direct data entry into enterprise systems (such as AIM, CPM, LOM, CeTARS, LEAD), and various Learning Management Systems (LMS);

and (4) Validating test item banks, applying instructional measurement methods, and advising leadership on training administration policies (such as the NAVEDTRA 142 series) to ensure compliance with National Accreditation requirements.".
