Duties
You will analyze training requirements and design courseware based on established Instructional Systems Design (ISD) models.
You will design specific, measurable learning objectives using frameworks like Bloom's Taxonomy to develop learning objectives, course outlines, lesson plans, storyboards, and assessment instruments.
You will monitor training indicators, apply data-driven statistical analysis, and implement practical, intuitive, and experimental processes designed to increase the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
