We are partnering with a well‑established and growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm that is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (PE) in the Springfield, FL area. Depending on experience, this role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position with increased responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, and team development.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of public infrastructure projects serving municipal, county, state, and federal clients. You'll collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team while providing technical expertise in civil engineering, hydrology, stormwater management, and infrastructure design.

• Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Develop engineering solutions for:
  • Stormwater management systems
  • Pond design
  • Drainage infrastructure
  • Collection and conveyance systems
  • Hydrology and hydraulic analyses
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate permitting efforts with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
• Prepare engineering reports, studies, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and support staff to deliver high‑quality infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public‑sector clients and project stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continued growth of the engineering team.
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for future work.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain Florida licensure through reciprocity.
• 10–15 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Strong experience with municipal, transportation, or public infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success managing engineering projects, budgets, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Microsoft 365
• ICPR or other state‑approved hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software
• Florida permitting processes and agency coordination
