- Able to solve complex operating issues, resource issues and constraints with limited guidance.
- Frequent contacts with internal personnel and at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling or specific phases of engineering projects or contracts.
- Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings for internal management and external representatives concerning specific operations.
- Determine scope, budget, and timeline of intermediate sized projects
- Delivers results and improvements to internal and external customers.
- Travel 25% based on business needs
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering or related field.
- Supervisory training and experience.
- Connecting engineering solutions to value added results (safety, environmental, sustainability, quality, operations)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
