Measure Tech, Part Time

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
• Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
• Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships during daily customer interactions
• Support sales, product inquiries, and coordination of installations
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
• Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned activities
• Travel primarily to appointments within a predefined geographical area and provide support to company locations as needed
• Use company-issued devices
• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Reliable Transportation
• High school diploma and/or GED knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion
• 1+ years of previous related work experience
• No previous leadership experience required
• Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
• Travel between locations required

Demonstrates strong customer service skills through effective communication and relationship-building while performing in-home measurements and supporting sales activities. Capable of efficiently managing daily routes and collaborating with team members to ensure project completion.
