Therapist / Social Worker - Per Diem/PRN Time Opportunity at Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital. Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at an 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services at four outpatient centers in the Florida Panhandle. The facility also offers a Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment, and TMS therapy for chronic depression.

• Complete psychosocial assessment appropriate to patient type and reason for referral.
• Provide clinically sound individual, family, and group therapies within required time frames and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Provide quality documentation for psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, therapies, reports to military command, discharge planning, staffing, Baker Act hearings and medical records within required time frames.
• Promote safe and therapeutic interdisciplinary patient care through consultation and supervision, effective communication, interactions with and training of direct care staff as needed, and milieu interventions.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other Human Service field.
