Medical Technologist (MT)
Location: Panama City, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Medical Technologist to join a top healthcare client in Panama City, FL. In this role, you will perform laboratory testing that supports the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
What You’ll Do- Perform lab testing in areas such as:
- Hematology
- Clinical Chemistry
- Blood Bank
- Microbiology
- Urinalysis
- Coagulation and Serology
- Analyze and report test results accurately
- Receive and handle specimens and supplies
- Troubleshoot lab equipment and document corrective actions
- Perform quality control checks and follow lab procedures
- Assist with phlebotomy and specimen accessioning
- Train new employees or students as needed
- State license as a Medical Technologist (Generalist) or eligible to obtain one
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- MT / MLS certification required to start
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- All experience levels considered — training provided
