Position OverviewWe are looking for an outstanding Spanish Speaking Medical Office Specialist to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Interaction:
Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. - Appointment Management:
Efficiently handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations to optimize patient flow. - Communication:
Address patient inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date. - Coordination:
Work closely with medical staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care. - Translation Services:
Provide clear and accurate translation and interpretation for Spanish-speaking patients and medical staff. - Administrative Duties:
Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling mail.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional medical office training or certification is highly desirable. - Language
Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is essential. - Experience:
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred. - Organizational
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities. - Communication:
