You’ll be part of a small, highly technical team supporting a long‑standing defense and aerospace software product used across multiple programs. At PSA, you’re joining a tight‑knit, collaborative team where people genuinely enjoy working together and where your contributions have a visible impact. We keep things relaxed, supportive, and focused on doing great work without the layers of bureaucracy you find at the big primes.
Whatmakes our environment stand out:
- Close, collaborative culture — small enough that everyone knows each other, communicates openly, and works together effectively.
- Comfortable, well‑equipped workspace — full kitchen, on‑site amenities, and a layout designed for people who spend their day solving real technical problems.
- Flexible schedule — in‑office three days a week with the option to work remotely for two, giving you a healthy balance of collaboration and autonomy.
- Hands‑on technical ownership — you’ll work across AWS Gov Cloud, Hyper‑V, Oracle/SQL, Cold Fusion, and secure Dev Ops pipelines, not just one narrow slice of a massive contract.
- Stable mission, real impact — CMPRO has supported defense and aerospace programs for decades, and you’ll play a direct role in its ongoing modernization and performance.
